Post #12. Because a HK Disneyland Tour wouldn’t be complete without you.
HOTEL PICK: Disney Hollywood Hotel, Hong Kong
Staying at a Disney hotel is a great option for those who wants to experience the total Disney magic package. Plus, you can visit the park for two-days and avoid the hassle of going back to your hotel in Kowloon or in HK Island.
Welcome to Disney Hollywood Hotel in Hong Kong.
We booked a Parkview Room when we stayed there last September 2010. The room is big enough to accommodate 4 adults. You can actually see the fireworks display at the Disney Park from our room as testified by my parents who left us at Disney Park and decided to head back to our hotel room.

To get to the Disney Park, the hotel offers free shuttle to/fro.

It’s really fun to roam around this hotel!

By the way, be on the lookout for their hotel promotions. You can check their website often for this. We got our room plus two 2-day park tickets for approximately Php 12,000.
The package we purchased did not include the buffet breakfast at Chef Mickey. We availed the same and we paid around Php 3500 for 4 adult buffet breakfast. The typical american breakfast variations, for me, is a major fail. The cute mickey hashbrowns are tasteless and the bacon doesn’t taste like the bacon I always pile up on my plate whenever I’m having breakfast at hotels. It made us think that we should have just chosen to eat our breakfast at the Hollywood Dine. Nevertheless, I would still try for one last time their breakfat buffet just to see if they’ve improved over the past 3 years since my last stay with them.
I can’t wait to return this December 2013. I promise to give you an update of the hotel. That or I’ll give you a new hotel story if we stay at Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel instead.
See you in December!
